About the Haddad Gear Store

​

The Haddad Gear store is a collaboration with Haddad Dealerships and 413Shirts a local Pittsfield, MA custom apparel store.  All items within the Haddad Gear Store are preapproved apparel designs.  The designs were created to promote the Haddad dealership brand while getting employee's items when they need them.

Payment

​

Haddad Gear accepts payment  via credit card, debit card and PayPal. These payments are processed electronically and securely. For certain orders with longer lead times we will also accept payment in the form of check or money order. No personal payment information will ever be stored.

Shipping

​

Orders from the Haddad Gear store are delivered in about 7-10 days to the local dealership selected during checkout.. You will receive an email for the Haddad Gear store when your order is delivered to your location. 

 

Returns

​

Each Haddad Gear order is custom produced to levels of highest quality. So, if after inspection of your custom goods, the customer is dissatisfied because of an error on our part or the blank items themselves are materially flawed, the store will be happy to accept those items in return and supply you with new ones. We provide sizing information for all items to hopefully allow for the right size to be selected with the first order. If there is a sizing error please contact us and we will work to get you the correct item.​

Rush Orders

E-Gift Cards

​

Haddad Gear store offers e-gift cards for purchase in any amount.  Purchase your card here.  Select your amount, choose a personalized message, and then send your card to your recipient.  To redeem your e-gift card, select your items and add to cart.  Proceed to the payment screen and click the check box that states "redeem gift card".   Amount of the card will be applied to the total purchase.   Do not enter gift cards on the cart page under promo code.
